If you are wanting to test one of the supplied demo projects to get familiar with ASaP and your host is running a Linux Server then you will be using a MySQL database. This will load the demo data into your MySQL database. You will simply type in the MySQL database connection information supplied by your Web Host and then click on "Load Data 1" the dogs example or "Load Data 2" the painters example.
