IIS or Personal Web Server

If you are creating dynamic database-driven web applications with the ASaP, you may want to consider installing a web server on the same machine where ASaP is installed. In other words, you can turn your workstation into your own personal testing server. Microsoft's web server is known as Internet Information Services (IIS) and is available on some versions of Windows (listed below). Microsoft also has a scaled down version of IIS, called Personal Web Server (PWS), which runs on other versions of Windows (listed below). In addition to being a web server, both IIS and PWS double as ASP application servers.
