If your HOST does not allow for remote MySQL Connections then you will need to first upload the script necessary for ASaP to connect to your MySQL database in order to build pages. You will need to supply the following FTP information to upload the script.
Once the script has been uploaded then you can return to ASaP and then connect to the MySQL database. Make sure to check the "Use remote MySQL Connection " checkbox.
